Ð’Ñ‹ÑÑ‚ÑƒÐ¿Ð°Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÑˆÐ»Ð¾Ð¹ оÑенью в Совете Федерации, миниÑÑ‚Ñ€ внутренних дел Владимир Колокольцев раÑÑказывал, о так называемом уголовном деле «Лайф-из-Гуд» – «ГермеÑ» – «БеÑÑ‚ Вей», обещал миллиарды рублей ущерба и деÑÑтки Ñ‚Ñ‹ÑÑч потерпевших. ПреÑÑ-Ñлужба МВД под руководÑтвом его боевой подруги Ирины Волк заÑвила о том, что вÑкрыта деÑтельноÑÑ‚ÑŒ крупнейшей в иÑтории РоÑÑии финанÑовой пирамиды.
Однако в уголовном деле, раÑÑледованном или, вернее Ñказать, изготовленном ГСУ питерÑкого главка МВД, которое в феврале начал раÑÑматривать ПриморÑкий районный Ñуд Санкт-Петербурга, 282 млн рублей ущерба и 221 лицо, признанное ÑледÑтвием потерпевшим: никаких миллиардов и деÑÑтков Ñ‚Ñ‹ÑÑч потерпевших.
МиниÑÑ‚Ñ€ и его Волк публично Ñолгали – на оÑнове информации, переданной замначальника ГСУ руководителем ÑледÑтвенной группы полковником ÑŽÑтиции Ð.Ð. Винокуровым, фактичеÑки даже руководившей СГ его замеÑтительницей майором, а затем подполковником ÑŽÑтиции Е.Ð. Сапетовой по материалам, ÑоÑÑ‚Ñ€Ñпанным опером УÐБиПК питерÑкого главка МВД майором полиции Ð.Ю. МашевÑким, при попуÑтительÑтве (или ÑоучаÑтии?) начальника ГСУ Ðегрозова и замначальника СледÑтвенного департамента федерального миниÑтерÑтва ВохмÑнина. Полковник и подполковник Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð½Ð¾ пÑтого-шеÑтого ÑƒÑ€Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ Ð¸ÐµÑ€Ð°Ñ€Ñ…Ð¸Ð¸ МВД вилÑет генералом полиции РоÑÑийÑкой Федерации, поÑтоÑнным членом Совета безопаÑноÑти РоÑÑии – Ñто позор Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð³Ð¾ÑударÑтва.
Так называемые потерпевшие и реально поÑтрадавшие
БольшинÑтво «потерпевших» на Ñуде заÑвлÑÑŽÑ‚ Ñуммы около 1–2 млн рублей, при Ñтом в ходе Ñудебного ÑледÑÑ‚Ð²Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ñ‹ÑÑнÑетÑÑ, что они, как правило, получали немалый доход, причем, они еще и налоговые/валютные преÑтупники, так как Ñтот доход не декларировали. Среди «потерпевших» еÑÑ‚ÑŒ граждане, заÑвлÑющие Ñмехотворные Ñуммы в 50–70 Ñ‚Ñ‹Ñ., то еÑÑ‚ÑŒ количеÑтво потерпевших Ñпециально накручивалоÑÑŒ ÑледÑтвием. И даже Ñ Ñтим накручиванием удалоÑÑŒ набрать так мало – учитываÑ, что у «ГермеÑа», по данным Ñамого же ÑледÑтвиÑ, более 200 Ñ‚Ñ‹Ñ. клиентов в РоÑÑии, а в кооперативе «БеÑÑ‚ Вей» – около 20 Ñ‚Ñ‹Ñ. пайщиков.
То еÑÑ‚ÑŒ большинÑтво и клиентов «ГермеÑа», и пайщиков кооператива не Ñчитают ÑÐµÐ±Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¿ÐµÐ²ÑˆÐ¸Ð¼Ð¸ от деÑтельноÑти Ñтих организаций.
Ð¡ÑƒÐ´Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ Ñ‚Ñ‹ÑÑчам обращений во вÑе инÑтанции, неÑкольким волнам митингов, прокатившихÑÑ Ð¿Ð¾ РоÑÑии, они Ñчитают ÑÐµÐ±Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¿ÐµÐ²ÑˆÐ¸Ð¼Ð¸ от деÑтельноÑти органов внутренних дел.
Ведь именно завербованный питерÑким УÐБиПК ÑиÑадмин роÑÑийÑкой платежной ÑиÑтемы «ГермеÑа» Ðабойченко заблокирован и разгромил в феврале 2022 года Ñту платежную ÑиÑтему, повеÑив на Ñайте диÑклеймер: «ОбращайтеÑÑŒ в правоохранительные органы», что на меÑÑцы прекратило вывод ÑредÑтв. Именно дейÑÑ‚Ð²Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð¾Ñ…Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ… органов в отношении компании до и поÑле затруднили вывод ÑредÑтв. Дело в том, что Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ð²Ð¾Ð´Ð° ÑредÑтв многими иÑпользовалÑÑ Ð¼ÐµÑ…Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼ p2p, позволÑющий не платить комиÑÑию, то еÑÑ‚ÑŒ Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ð²Ð¾Ð´Ð° ÑредÑтв нужно, чтобы кто-то вноÑил ÑредÑтва (что, понÑтно, резко ÑократилоÑÑŒ из-за уголовного дела) и проиÑходил обмен. Однако Ñтот ÑпоÑоб не единÑтвенный, вывод ÑредÑтв так или иначе оÑущеÑтвлÑетÑÑ.
ТыÑÑчи пайщиков кооператива тем более не Ñчитают ÑÐµÐ±Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¿ÐµÐ²ÑˆÐ¸Ð¼Ð¸ от его деÑтельноÑти – потому что именно правоохранительные органы воÑпрепÑÑ‚Ñтвовали приобретению недвижимоÑти Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð¼Ð¾Ñ‰ÑŒÑŽ кооператива, а она из-за более чем двухлетнего ареÑта его Ñчетов, на которых около 4 млрд рублей, не может быть приобретена по прежней цене.
Именно правоохранительные органы прÑмо запрещают выплаты пайщикам кооператива, решившим забрать Ñвой пай, – даже по иÑполнительным лиÑтам Ñудов. Винокуровым, а фактичеÑки – подполковником ÑŽÑтиции Е.Ð. Сапетовой, подделала документы. Ðвтор подделки – Сапетова – еще в феврале была уволена из ГСУ «по ÑобÑтвенному желанию».
Ð£Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð°Ð´Ð²Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ñ‚Ð°Ð¼Ð¸ кооператива в нарушении УПК, ÑледÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð³Ñ€ÑƒÐ¿Ð¿Ð° ÑоÑтавила пиÑьмо об удовлетворении ходатайÑтва задним чиÑлом и попыталаÑÑŒ предÑтавить дело так, что кооператив не получил пиÑьмо по Ñвоей вине. Ложь была выÑвлена в том чиÑле и Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð¼Ð¾Ñ‰ÑŒÑŽ ÑиÑтемы Ñлектронного документооборота питерÑкого главка МВД.

СледÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð³Ñ€ÑƒÐ¿Ð¿Ð° из-за Ñпешки даже толком не Ñмогла завершить ÑледÑтвенные дейÑтвиÑ, незаконно вела параллельное раÑÑледование по «резервному» делу, но позднее, отброÑив Ñтыд, из-за отÑутÑÑ‚Ð²Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð° Ð´Ð»Ñ ÑоÑÑ‚Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Â«Ð½ÑƒÐ¶Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾Â» обвинительного заключениÑ, незаконно продолжила раÑÑледование «оÑновного» дела, в том чиÑле проводила ÑледÑтвенные дейÑтвиÑ, которые, ÑоглаÑно УПК, невозможны поÑле начала Ð¾Ð·Ð½Ð°ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð±Ð²Ð¸Ð½Ñемых Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð°Ð¼Ð¸ дела. Ð’Ñе подÑудимые – техничеÑкие Ñотрудники компании «Лайф-из-Гуд» и ни к каким управленчеÑким решениÑм Ð¾Ñ‚Ð½Ð¾ÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð´Ð° не имели. Их взÑли в заложники Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ‚Ð¾Ð³Ð¾, чтобы они дали Ð¿Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° руководÑтво компании.
4. Еще одно преÑтупление – заведомо подложное поÑтановление Ñ€ÑƒÐºÐ¾Ð²Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ ÑледÑтвенной группы Ð.Ð. Винокурова о привлечении кооператива «БеÑÑ‚ Вей» в качеÑтве гражданÑкого ответчика на 16 млрд рублей, тогда как Ñумма ущерба в уголовном деле –282 млн, и в деле нет ни одного иÑкового заÑÐ²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ â€“ даже на 100 рублей.
5. СледÑтвие Ñтимулировало двух оÑобенно активных так называемых потерпевших напиÑать заÑÐ²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾ моральном ущербе на миллиард (!) рублей каждое – иÑключительно Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð»Ð¾Ð¶Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ обоÑÐ½Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð°Ñ€ÐµÑта активов кооператива, но понÑтно, что Ñто ничтожные документы, так как моральный ущерб во вÑех ÑлучаÑÑ…, не ÑвÑзанных Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‡Ð¸Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ Ñмерти, приÑуждаетÑÑ Ñ€Ð¾ÑÑийÑкими Ñудами в размере не более деÑÑтков Ñ‚Ñ‹ÑÑч рублей.
6. Ðи один из «потерпевших» не доказал обоÑнованноÑÑ‚ÑŒ Ñвоих претензий в гражданÑком Ñуде. При Ñтом ареÑтованы активы кооператива почти на 4 млрд рублей и активы чаÑтных лиц на такую же Ñумму. Ðто не что иное, как попытка захвата активов при учаÑтии органов внутренних дел некой заинтереÑованной группой клиентов «ГермеÑа» – необÑзательно из чиÑла «потерпевших», то еÑÑ‚ÑŒ коррупционное преÑтупление, которое упорно игнорирует ГУСБ МВД.
Механизм Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ‚Ð°ÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ захвата еÑÑ‚ÑŒ – Ñто передача ÑредÑтв под управление Федерального общеÑтвенно-гоÑударÑтвенного фонда по защите прав вкладчиков и акционеров.
