Обвинение прÑчет Ñвоих «героев», потому что первый же Ð´Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ ÑÐ²Ð¸Ð´ÐµÑ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ Ð¾Ð±Ð²Ð¸Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð² Ñуде – Ð´Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ Ð›Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð° – вызвал конфуз и был прерван прокуратурой, а его продолжение отложено на неделю. Теперь оно отложено Ñкобы до Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð²Ñ€Ð°Ñ‰ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð›Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð° из отпуÑка (Ñ…Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ Ð¾Ð½ на Ñамом деле никуда не уезжал). Как раньше, в период предварительного ÑледÑтвиÑ, они не ходили на Ñуды или один-двое приходили и Ñидели как ÑтатиÑÑ‚Ñ‹, так и ÑейчаÑ, когда нужно обоÑновывать Ñвои обвинениÑ, обвинÑющие ходить не готовы – потому что боÑÑ‚ÑÑ, что их привлекут за выÑвленные при перекреÑтном допроÑе ложь и оговор.

Ðа заÑедании 14 марта Логинов заÑвил, что из-за «ГермеÑа» и кооператива «БеÑÑ‚ Вей» он потерÑл квартиру, развелÑÑ Ð¸ Ð¿Ð¾Ð½ÐµÑ Ð´Ñ€ÑƒÐ³Ð¸Ðµ моральные ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ â€“ потому и заÑвил помимо требований Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð¼ÐµÑ‰ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ ущерба Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ±Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑƒÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÑ‚Ð²Ð¾Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ñ€Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ ущерба на миллиард, что Ñуд воÑпринÑл Ñ Ð½ÐµÑкрываемым раздражением. Дело в том, что моральный ущерб даже за причинение Ñмерти по Ñудебной практике не превышает неÑколько миллионов рублей, в Ñлучае же «имущеÑтвенного» ÑÐ¾Ð±Ñ‹Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð½ может ÑоÑтавить только деÑÑтки Ñ‚Ñ‹ÑÑч рублей. Кроме того, моральный ущерб должен быть обоÑнован – в данном же Ñлучае и ÑÐ¾Ð±Ñ‹Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ ущерба нет.
У Логинова никто ничего не крал. Он регулÑрно, много меÑÑцев подрÑд, Ñнимал Ñо Ñвоего Ñчета «ВиÑта» в «ГермеÑе» деньги в евро, пользовалÑÑ Ð´ÐµÐ½ÑŒÐ³Ð°Ð¼Ð¸ на Ñтом Ñчете, и его доход ÑущеÑтвенно превышает Ñумму, которую он положил на Ñчет.
